I went to Heidi for help with a general lack of enthusiasm for life stemming from the loss of my husband to cancer a couple years ago.
Heidi put me ease right away, explaining exactly what was going to happen, and assuring me that I would be aware of everything going on and would remember what was said afterwards, and be able to refuse to answer any questions that I didn’t want to answer. The first time it took a while to sink far enough into relaxation, but I definitely do feel I was hypnotized because while I was indeed aware of everything going on and remembered all that was discussed, I could not move or open my eyes. During one of the sessions, I was fighting a bad cold-Heidi suggested under hypnosis that I would not need to cough-and for the duration of the session, I did not cough at all!
The sessions did help. I am more often able to wake up in a positive mood in the morning. At times, when I feel myself heading into self-pity, the suggestions she made during hypnosis automatically pop into my head and often stop the descent. I do feel like I am climbing out and the hypnotherapy sessions with Heidi definitely helped.

Working with Heidi was a wonderful experience. She made me feel at ease, having never experienced being hypnotized before, and knowing that we would have to make some adjustments as we were meeting through Skype rather than in person.
I was able to work through some issues that I have been trying to solve for a year with traditional therapy. I felt completely supported and empowered.
I would definitely recommend Heidi to others, she has a natural talent to put you at ease.
